1. Custom Orders Are Final
    All Alimdin orders are custom-made to your specific requirements. Therefore, returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as preference changes, sizing errors, or dislikes are not accepted.
  2. Defective or Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Once the claim is verified, we will process an exchange.
  3. Inspection Requirement
    Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any defects or discrepancies. Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not qualify for exchange.
  4. Exchange for Defective Items Only
    Exchanges are only allowed for unused, undamaged items that are sent incorrectly or have a verified defect. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  5. No Cancellations After Confirmation
    Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not allowed, as all items are custom-made.
  6. Non-Refundable Items
    Refunds are not issued for custom-made or made-to-order items. However, exchanges may be possible for items of equal or higher value, subject to product and size availability.
  7. Shipping Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  8. Proof of Delivery
    All orders are shipped with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.
  9. No Refunds for Non-Payment
    Items such as formal or bridal wear are ineligible for refunds due to non-payment. Full payment must be made within 7 days of notice, failing which advance payments will be forfeited.
  10. Final Sale Items
    Certain items, including unstitched fabrics, made-to-order dresses, and bespoke outfits, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
