Yes, all products will match the photos on the website. However, for handcrafted items, there may be slight variations in the final product due to the artisanal nature of the work.

Yes. Simply log in to “YOUR ACCOUNT” and click on the “Order Status” section to track your order in real-time.

  • Local Customers: Bank Transfer
  • International Customers: Credit card payments and bank transfer

Delivery charges vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. The charges will be confirmed at the time of placing the order.

Our delivery agents will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure that the address, country, and area code are entered correctly when placing your order. After the second failed attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.

If a product is unavailable, it will either not appear on the website or be marked as “Out of Stock.” You may place an order once the product becomes available and is marked as “In Stock.”
